Customer Service – Shipping Information: We are selling & shipping only within the United States. Usually, orders received for processing on any given day will be shipped the same day or the following business day. Our orders are generally shipped via UPS GROUND or US Postal Service. However if express shipping is selected then we will ship 2nd. or 3rd. day depending on the area. Ground shipping: This is the most economical way to ship. It can take anywhere up to seven days for your order to arrive and remember not to count the ship date or weekends to calculate the arrival date of your cigars. Express shipping; For purposes of calculating when the cigars will arrive UPS does not include the day of purchase or weekends. Our flat fee of 25 dollars will insure expedited handling and a 2nd or 3rd. day service. Return Policy; BVcigars.com will accept returned cigars shipped unopened within one full week of delivery. Shipping charges will be deducted from purchase price unless an error in shipping has occurred. Opened boxes should not be return for refund unless defective and prior arrangements have been made by phone or email. A full refund of the purchase price will apply to any products found to be defective and the one week return pollicy is generally required.
